Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher has officially resigned today and will be named the new coach at Texas A&M, sources told ESPN's Mark Schlabach. Fisher will not coach in Saturday's game against Louisiana-Monroe, according to ESPN. Florida State officials plan to announce his resignation Friday afternoon.
