Fire crews battling grass fire in southwest Houston
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Fire fighters are battling a grass fire on a golf course behind an apartment complex at 9400 Coventry Square Dr. at Bissonnet in southwest Houston.
Officials say the fire is about 80 percent contained and firefighters are using drones to survey the scene for a strategic attack. HFD says there is no impact on the surrounding community.
No injuries have been reported and the cause of the fire has not been determined.
