Federal lawsuit filed against Fort Bend Co. Jail after inmate commits suicide

The Fort Bend County Sheriff has been slapped with a federal lawsuit. The lawsuit alleges a guard on duty lied and was AWOL when an inmate took his own life. On the Factor to talk about it is civil rights attorney Randall Kallinen.
