Emergency Operations Center at 'Increased Readiness' level
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The Harris County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management has returned to Level 3 - Increased Readiness. The agency will monitor the severe weather conditions from the Emergency Operations Center along with Harris County Flood Control District and other public safety partners.
