Drivers turned away from DPS office after standing in line for hours in heat

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Let's face it, it's too hot to do anything in Houston, especially wait in line at the DPS office.  

A local man says he stood in line for hours at a DPS office only to be turned away once he got inside.
