HOUSTON (FOX 26) - In the story brought to you First on FOX, reporter Greg Groogan explained how dashboard camera video showed Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies conducting an invasive 15-minute-long cavity search of a woman on the ground in public. No charges have been filed in the case.
