Deadly collision involving an 18-wheeler and car on FM 1960

HOUSTON, TX - Deadly head-on collision involving an 18-wheeler and car on FM 1960.  According to initial reports, a male driver was traveling westbound at a high rate of speed and then careened into the 10-wheeler.  The driver was ejected from the car and decapitated.  The driver unfortunately died at the scene.   

The medical examiner is trying to determine if alcohol was a factor.
