County employee accused of stealing $35K to pay blackmailing dominatrix

A Harris County assistant treasurer accused of stealing thousands of dollars from the county's credit union to pay off his financial dominatrix made his first appearance in court today

Gregory Lueb, 56, is accused of ripping off $35,000 to meet the demands of a financial dominatrix named "Mistress Cindy" who he met on an S&M website. Investigators say Mistress Cindy threatened to tell Lueb’s wife if he didn't send the cash.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis has ordered an independent audit of the treasurer's office.
