City of Houston confirms 6th Zika virus case

The City of Houston Health Department has announced that there is a 6th confirmed case of the Zika virus in Houston.

The sixth case is said to a 60-64-year-old female that traveled to El Salvador in November of 2015.

Harris County has a total of 5 confirmed cases, bringing the total to 11 cases in the Houston area.

Fort Bend County has 1 confirmed case that was reported last week.
