'Champagne & Ribs' event at HMAAC

The Houston Museum of African American Culture explores stories inspired by themes of creativity and culture through the African lens.

Its mission is to collect, conserve, explore, interpret and exhibit the material and intellectual culture of Africans and African Americans in Houston, the state of Texas, the Southwest and African Diaspora for current and future generations.

They have a big event coming up Wednesday where you can mix and mingle with big names in sports, politics and art at their Champagne and Ribs dinner.

On the Factor to talk about this is John Guess Jr., CEO of the Houston Museum of African American Culture and his John Guess IV, who is on the board.
