Candlelight vigil in honor of local Mcdonald's owner
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Dozens gathered at candlelight vigil in honor of Carroll Oliver, the owner of three local McDonald's in Houston, who was gunned down Monday night in an attempted robbery.
Those who attended the vigil Tuesday night said 68-year-old Oliver was a man who helped shape the lives of many in the community.
Surveillance video of the suspects vehicle, a Jeep Grand Cherokee, is one part of the investigation the Houston Police Department is trying to piece together. Crime stoppers and HPD have increased the reward to thirty-five thousand dollars for anyone who can help lead to the arrest of the killer.
