Beyonce's non-profit BeyGOOD is offering assistance to Houston-area residents who were severely affected by the deep freeze that swept through the state of Texas.

HOUSTON - Beyonce's non-profit BeyGOOD is partnering with Adidas and the Bread of Life non-profit to help struggling Texans.

You can fill out a form online to get help.

It's one-time financial assistance program so no long-term help and isn't a loan requiring you to pay them back.
