AMBER ALERT CANCELED: 11-year-old girl found safe

BELLMEAD, Texas (FOX 26) - An Amber Alert issued for an 11-year-old girl, who may have been traveling with a 16-year-old girl, has been canceled.

Police reported that Katelynn Maldonado, was found safe.

Bellmead police had been searching for Katelynn, after she was reported missing.

She had last been seen on the 4400 block of Michigan Street around midnight Monday.

Police had identified the suspect as Brittani Bolin. 

The two were believed to have been traveling in a tan Kia Sorento.
