HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Back to business as usual at Katy Junior High School after the campus was evacuated. Katy Independent School District police have taken possession of a broken cell phone that was initially reported as a possible bomb by a student.

Katy ISD confirmed to FOX 26 News reporter Andrea Watkins that the campus was evacuated as a precaution at around 11:30 a.m. Thursday because of the bomb threat rumor. The district released the following statement on Thursday:
