2-year-old child found submerged and unconscious in hot tub: Harris County Sheriff's Office

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Deputies were called to a residence where a toddler was found submerged and unconscious in water for the second time Monday night. She has since passed away. 

The 2-year-old child was found in a hot tub in the 3500 block of Paintbrush Dawn Court in west Harris County. 

Authorities are asking parents to be vigilant around swimming pools.
