Raffa's Waterfront Grill is a first-time participant in Houston Restaurant Weeks, which benefits the Houston Food Bank. Proprietor Tony Raffa serves contemporary American Cuisine at his eponymous restaurant. He has operated Almedeo's Italian restaurant in Kingwood since 1985. Raffa's Waterfront Grill executive chef Sam Beier demonstrates how to prepare his recipe for blackened redfish with ghost peppers during a visit to FOX 26 Morning News, which is on its $45 three-course HRW dinner menu. Raffa's Waterfront Grill will donate $7 from each HRW dinner sold to the food bank and the food bank will generage 21 meals per donation.
