Lamb burger with mint salsa verde at Ritual

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Ritual, a Delicious Concepts restaurant in the Houston Heights, opened on June 14. FOX 26 Morning News food segment contributor Cleverley Stone visited the restaurant just a week after its grand opening. Chef Jordan Asher demonstrated how to make the already popular lamb burger with pure luck feta cheese and mint salsa verde. He also provided suggestions for how to cook a lamb burger.

The Delicious Concepts restaurant group, owned by Ken Bridge, also includes Lola Diner, Pink's Pizza, Shepherd Park Draught House and Republic Diner. Ritual features new American cuisine and is already known for its butcher room where diners can watch butchers work on hanging carcasses of beef, lamb and pork.
