III Forks Steakhouse a Houston Restaurant Weeks participant

For seven years, III Forks Steakhouse has participated in Houston Restaurant Weeks, which benefits the Houston Food Bank. Chef Matt Lopez demonstrates how to prepare petite prime filet mignon topped with two jumbo gulf shrimp, drizzled with scampi sauce.
