Home ownership transfer, stifled work opportunities, fence dispute

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The following three questions, submitted to FOX 26 senior legal analyst Chris Tritico, were answered during a FOX 26 Morning News segment on Sept. 22, 2015:

I need to know who to see about changing my mother's house from her name into mine,she past away over 10 years ago.or what do I need to do.

I've been at my job as a driver for 12 years. I work Mon- fri. For the last 4 yrs I am being told by my bosses that as long as I'm a driver I can't make that much money ,I make 10.00 an hour now and if I want to move up to counter person I could possibly make or get raises but I won't be guaranteed my same hours. I don't think this is fair because I do other jobs in the company. Not only drive I take on other positions as well, but when it comes to my evaluation and I ask for a raise I get told I'm only a driver and I can't get paid that much I've never known or read if there's a limit that a driver can make. But as far as I'm concern I haven't heard of that. Please Help!  and let me know what I can do.Thanks! Misery;

Portions of my neighbor's fence is leaning over my property line and driveway and I'm afraid that it will fall on my truck.  Can I legally remove and replace those posts and pickets?  The neighbor is not willing to discuss the matter.  Thank you for your advice.
