Hearsay Gastro Lounge a Houston Restaurant Weeks participant

Popular chef Kelly Boyd is now manning the stove at Hearsay Gastro Lounge in downtown Houston. His influence shows on the lounge's Houston Restaurant Weeks menu for 2016 with dishes like crawfish poutine, ancho chili dusted short ribs and strawberry shortcake. With help from Houston Restaurant Weeks chair Cleverley Stone, Chef Boyd demonstrates how to prepare cumin-dusted tempura fried green tomatoes with Fresno chili aioli. Hearsay Gastro Lounge is a serving brunch, lunch and dinner during Houston Restaurant Weeks, which benefits the Houston Food Bank.
