HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Chef Freddy Brooker prepares lobster & shrimp potstickers with roasted fresno chilies & spicy lemon sauce, one of the courses available for the Cru Food & Wine Bar three-course Houston Restaurant Weeks dinner, which costs $35 per person, $5 of which will be donated to the Houston Food Bank.
