Pro Volleyball Player, Erin Fairs, is a Graduate of Foster High School in nearby Richmond, Texas who played collegiately at Louisville & South Florida. Her Dad, Eric Fairs, played for the Houston Oilers. Erin was enjoying her 4th season of Professional volleyball in Europe when Covid-19 struck. She was then forced to return to the U.S. before the country shut down. That's where we pick up the story.
