Nearly two weeks have passed since Axel Turcios, 14, was shot and killed before he was robbed of his shoes by two men outside an apartment in west Houston. However, his assailants are still at large, so Chief Troy Finner and Mayor Sylvester Turner held a press conference urging the public to help bring his killers to justice.
