Rockets land free agent forward P.J. Tucker

NBA sources confirm the Rockets reached a contract agreement with free agent forward P.J. Tucker.

Tucker, who played at Texas, split last season between the Phoenix Suns and the Toronto Raptors.

During the 2016-17 season, Tucker averaged 5.8 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.3 steals.

In six years in the NBA Tucker averages 7.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.2 steals.

After his first season in the NBA Tucker spent five years playing overseas in Israel, Ukraine, Greece, Italy and Germany.

Yahoo Sports reports Tucker and the Rockets agreed on a 4-year deal worth $32 million.
