Missouri City, Houston legacy for Matthew Adams before Colts career

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - "We call him Greatness because I know that God has destined him for greatness," says Debra Adams, mother of Matthew Adams. He plays on the special teams unit for the Indianapolis Colts.

Long before his NFL career, Matthew played on the Hightower High varsity football team in the Fort Bend Independent School District and with the University of Houston Cougars.

Debra also says she wasn't surprised when her youngest child became an NFL player.

"Some moms make cakes, I made a Colt," adds Debra.
