Houston Rockets opening night at Toyota Center

Run it back! The city is on fire and pumped up for another Houston Rockets season.

Fans arrived early to opening night, hoping to be one of the first 3,000 fans to get a James Harden MVP dressed bobblehead figure.

One couple was even at Toyota Center for the game hours after they got married.

Houston rapper Lil Flip participated in the celebrity First Shot for charity. Unfortunately, he missed the shot, but the organization of his choice still gets $1,000.

Rockets team DJ T Gray told FOX 26 News about how important it was that he played the right music at the right time at Toyota Center.

James Harden was also presented with the Most Valuable Player trophy that he earned for his efforts during the 2017-2018 season.

Fans in attendance are still trying to get accustomed to watching Carmelo Anthony in a Rockets uniform.
