Woman rescued from floodwaters in Dickinson rebuilds after Harvey

DICKINSON, Texas (FOX 26) - Across our viewing area, thousands are coming to grips with rebuilding their lives after Harvey. We first met Carrie Cobb and her daughter on an overpass in Dickinson as they stepped off a small rescue boat. Photojournalist Darlene Janik Faires brings us the story of many through Carrie's eyes.
