What's Your Point? - 'terroristic threats' from children

Research from Texas Appleseed and Disability Rights Texas indicates in five months after the campus shooting in Parkland, Florida, there has been an explosive increase in student arrests in Texas. The report indicates a 600 percent increase in criminal charges lodged against children for making a “terroristic threat” or “exhibiting or threatening to exhibit a firearm." The largest percentage of the increase is for students between the ages of ten and thirteen.

Critics of the “zero tolerance” policy say it is ruining lives without making schools any safer.

The What's Your Point? panel includes Republican strategist Jessica Colon, attorney Nyanza Moore, former Texas State Representative Steve Toth, Super Neighborhood leader Tomaro Bell, Chicano activist & educator Tony Diaz and Eastside conservative contributor Warren Fawcett.
