HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Police are investigating a double shooting at Pinemont and Ella. Around 1:00 a.m., investigators say, there was a disturbance at the dominion square apartment homes. Four men were in an upstairs unit when an unknown person with a gun came in and shot two people. One of the victims died at the scene.

A 10-year-old boy is recovering after being shot in the passenger seat of his mother's car last night at Little York and Hollister.

          The mother told police she heard a pop, and realized the child was shot in the back. She took the boy to the hospital. Police are searching for the shooter.

HISD will consider ending disciplinary suspensions and expulsions, for students in second grade and younger. If approved, HISD would set up a teacher mentoring system, and require principals to review disciplinary data.

Bill Cosby is scheduled to be deposed by model Janice Dickinson’s attorney on November 23rd. This is part of her defamation lawsuit against the comedian. She accuses Cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting her in 1982.  He has called the allegations a complete lie.
