HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Deputies are trying to determine if alcohol was a factor in a deadly motorcycle crash in north Harris County. Last night, the motorcyclist hit a curb, and lost control along the feeder road of the north freeway near booker. He was thrown from his cycle and died at the scene.
Authorities say a person of interest in the non-fatal shooting of an Austin judge is expected to appear in court here in Houston for an un-related murder.
