HOUSTON (FOX 26) - A fisherman has made a gruesome discovery in Waller county. A man's torso was found under a bridge near the Brazos River and highway 290. The head, arms and legs of the person are missing. The remains have been taken to the medical examiner as the investigation gets underway.

A motorcycle driver is in the hospital after colliding with a parked car in northwest Harris County. The driver was on Kil-winning road when he apparently did not see the stop sign or that the street ended at west harrow road. The motorcyclist crashed into a parked car that was in the driveway of a home. He is in serious condition.

A grand jury will consider the cases of the 177 people arrested following the Waco biker gang shootout. Nine people died in May at a twin peaks restaurant. So far, none of the people arrested have been charged. It’s still unclear who shot the victims.

Las Vegas police are not commenting on the condition of former L.A Laker Lamar Odom, who was found unconscious Tuesday, in a brothel. Jesse Jackson visited Odom in the hospital. Odom is believed to be on life support. His estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian, is by his side.

Hillary Clinton is heading to San Antonio today, in a push to mobilize Hispanic voters. The democratic presidential frontrunner will hold a question and answer session at train station. Clinton has received an endorsement from former San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro, who is now head of Hud in the Obama administration.
