Thieves attempt two times to smash-and-grab an ATM
HOUSTON, TX - Thieves attempt two times to smash-and-grab an ATM on McCarty and Mesa, creating a huge mess at a convenience store. Finally, they were unable to move the truck or get the ATM, so they fled on foot--according to authorities.
