The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo extends deadline to refund or rollover Carnival packs

HOUSTON - The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo has extended the deadline for Half-Price Carnival Pack buyers to request a refund or upload Carnival packs to roll-over to the 2021 Carnival.

The deadline has been extended to 12 a.m. on Friday, April 10.
