HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Detectives are trying to determine what led to a shooting that left a teen injured in southeast Houston.
Houston police got called to a shooting in the 12800 block of Cullen at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
Investigators say a 16-year-old was getting off the school bus from Victory Prep when someone approached him. Some sort of confrontation took place and we are told the teenager was shot in the neck. He was transported to Ben Taub Hospital and was last listed in stable condition.
The suspect left on foot. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
