State Sen. Bettencourt files Homeowner's Religious Freedom Act

There are some lawmakers who are concerned Homeowners' Association rules are infringing on people's right to display religious symbols on their lawns during the holidays.

Republican State Senator Paul Bettencourt has filed the Homeowner's Religious Freedom Act which would limit an HOA's ability to remove religious displays.
