Spool blocks lanes on I-10 East at Wayside: Houston Transtar
HOUSTON - Two lanes are blocked after a truck appears to have lost a spool load on the freeway around Tuesday afternoon.
Houston Transtar shows the incident occurred on I-10 East Westbound before Wayside Drive and a heavy truck lost its load.
It's reported an accident happened between two vehicles, but it is not confirmed if the truck was involved.
