Silver Alert discontinued for former West University mayor
WEST UNIVERSITY, Texas (FOX 26) - The West University Place Police Department has confirmed that former mayor Richard "Burt" Ballafant, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, has been located after a Silver Alert was issued for him on Friday.
