Several workers burned after gas line explodes in Santa Fe, officials say
SANTA FE, Texas - Several gas company contract workers have been hurt after an explosion and fire in Santa Fe.
Santa Fe Fire and Rescue responded to Avenue m and 24th Street at around 6:15 p.m. Thursday after a gas line exploded.
Two of the workers were airlifted with severe burns.
At least three other workers were taken by ground ambulance.
