Remains of missing Army captain reportedly found in shallow grave

ONTARIO, Calif. (FOX 11) - The remains of a missing Army captain have apparently been found in a shallow grave in Cactus City.

Julia Jacobson and her dog went missing back in September.

Her car was found in San Diego less than a week after she disappeared.

Jacobson's ex-husband was arrested in October and apparently lead police to this area near the 10 freeway and Box Canyon Road.

Ontario police called in A San Bernardino County cadaver dog to assist in the search.

The coroner still has to confirm the identity of the body.
