Puppy broken out of hot car in northeast Houston

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -  An emaciated puppy trapped in a hot car for about an hour was broken out by an animal cruelty investigator after temperatures inside reached 125 degrees. The puppy was also tangled in his leash. 

The animal is being treated with IV fluids and watched closely overnight, according to the Houston SPCA.
