Prosecutors to retry Terry Thompson after mistrial

Family and supporters of Johnny Hernandez protested downtown on Monday after Terry Thompson’s murder trial was deemed a mistrial.

Jurors deliberated for 30 hours but could not agree on whether Thompson meant to kill Hernandez in a fight outside a restaurant last year. The case will be retried.
