Prosecutors enforcing against overserving bar customers
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - A temporary restraining order still stands that bans Bombshells Restaurant & Bar on the Gulf Freeway from selling alcohol. A judge denied a motion by the owners of that bar to get rid of that restraining order.
The Harris County District Attorney's Office requested the temporary restraining order after determining it was a "crime factory." Prosecutors say it has been linked to cases of assault, driving while intoxicated and at least one death.
