Police: 2 charged after girl, 16, killed while taking pictures with gun

CONROE, Texas (FOX 26) - Police say a 16-year-old girl died after she and some other teens were taking pictures with a loaded handgun and it went off.

Conroe police have charged two people in connection to the shooting that occurred on Tuesday at an apartment complex in the 1100 block of S. Loop 336.

Matthew Tyshaun Davis, 19, has been charged with murder and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.

Joseph Wilson, 19, has been charged with tampering with physical evidence and possession of a controlled substance.
