North Harris Co. neighborhood evacuated due to 18-wheeler tanker leak

HOUSTON, TX - A North Harris County neighborhood has been evacuated due to 18-wheeler tanker leak of Chlorine gas.  There are complaints that there are irritants in the air.  One patient has been transported.
