$19M in meth, heroin labeled as cucumbers, jalapenos seized at Texas border

Customs and Border Protection agents seized more than $19 worth of methamphetamine crossing the southern border.
PHARR,. Texas - U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents said more than $19 million worth of methamphetamine and heroin was seized from a shipment labeled cucumbers and jalapenos at the southern border.
What we know:
Customs agents at the Pharr International Bridge cargo facility stopped a tractor-trailer entering the U.S. from Mexico for inspection.
While the manifest listed the truck's contents as cucumbers and jalapeños, agents said they discovered more than 8,200 packages of methamphetamine valued at nearly $20 million and 26 packages of heroin valued at $144,500.
What they're saying:
"Our CBP officers don’t skip a beat when it comes to securing our border. This interception illustrates the important work CBP does to secure our border from harmful narcotics," Port Director Carlos Rodriguez said.
What we don't know:
While the drugs and tractor-trailer were confiscated by border agents, they did not share if anyone was arrested, any pending charges or the name of the driver.
