Man shot after argument at north Houston gas station

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Police say an argument between two men ended in a shooting, sending one man to the hospital.

Investigators say the two men who knew each other got into some an argument in the parking lot of a gas station near the North Freeway and Highway 249 around 11 p.m. Tuesday.

According to police, one of the men pulled out a gun and shot the other in the side. He was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Police say the gunman left the scene, but they know who he is. A warrant is being issued for his arrest.
