Man on bicycle fatally struck by vehicle on North Freeway exit ramp

A man on a bicycle was struck by vehicle on a North Freeway exit ramp.
Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez says the North Freeway northbound exit at Kuykendahl/Rankin is closed at this time.
Sheriff Gonzalez says it appears the man on the bike was exiting the freeway when he was struck, and the suspect vehicle left the scene.
