Man, juvenile female charged in Texas City murder case

TEXAS CITY, Texas (FOX 26) - A man and a juvenile female have been taken into custody and charged with murder in the death of Lucia "Lucy" Bertrand, whose body was found on Thursday, Aug. 9 on Vance Avenue in Texas City.

A bond amount of $250,000 has been set for 19-year-old Cory Thomas McCray. Amy Lynn Medina, 37, was arrested on Friday night and charged with murder in the case. She is in Galveston County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
