Man charged in northwest Harris County Snapchat shots fired
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The Harris County District Attorney's Office has accepted a felony deadly conduct charge against Brandon Lee Hicks, 21, for firing a weapon from a moving vehicle on Hempstead Road near Huffmeister Road.
The weapon was fired on April 6 in northwest Harris County and video of the incident was posted on Snapchat. Houston police assisted the Harris County Sheriff's Office in the investigation.
