HOUSTON, TX - The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office said that Phillip Cook Jr. was arrested for trying to vote twice. He claimed to be working on behalf of Donald Trump to prevent voter fraud. He explained he was trying to “test the system.” He was arrested on suspicion of a felony charge.
